4-hour interactive online workshop

If you have moved to a client-side Insight role having previously worked for a market research agency, or if you've transferred into Insight from Marketing, Strategy, product management, data analysis or management information, it can be difficult to establish the key principles that will help you to make a success of your new position and gain an appreciation of the role that the whole team can play to inspire your organisation.


In this 4-hour workshop, we will explain the fundamentals of working in an effective Insight team. There are segments devoted to:

  • the definition of insights and the purpose of an Insight team
  • an Insight team's role generating new insights and developing customer knowledge
  • the importance of driving change through influence and communication
  • ways of working and interaction with the rest of the organisation that will help or hinder your impact


  • This workshop is led by James Wycherley
  • Recent participants have included Allianz, Aviva, CocaCola EP, HSBC, News UK and Santander

How much?

  • IMA members can book individual places for their team members for 20 TIP credits (or £199 +VAT)
  • Non-members can book individual places for £299 +VAT
