Many thanks to all IMA members and guests who took part in our November Insight forums!
We've really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders in London, Manchester and online, to discuss the 9th P of the Insight leader's playbook: Personal Plan.
If we want Insight to help transform our organisations, we have to transform our Insight teams. But every Insight leader recognises that they have lots of work to do to make that happen.
So what do we do? We can ask our colleagues for their support, and others for guidance, but we also have to embrace change ourselves; a personal plan can help with this. At our November forums, we discussed some key principles of personal effectiveness, the way we choose to spend our time and energy, and the habits that other Insight leaders have found most useful.
