Current options

The IMA offers a wide-range of online support for Insight teams through its Transforming Insight programme. This term, this includes:

Insight team essentials: bite-sized team 1-2 hour online discussions on topics that have been explored at recent Insight forums. Intended to provide thought leadership, key frameworks, and the opportunity to discuss how the ideas could be applied in your own organisation.

Insight team workshops: offer more formal teaching on core best practice topics. These online workshops run for 4 hours (plus a 1-hour break) and focus on the mindset and behaviours of successful corporate Insight teams, as set out in the Transforming Insight book and podcast.

We can also arrange further support, by the hour, for anyone who has taken part in workshops or team discussions.

Mentoring and coaching: many of the IMA's professional advisers can also provide individual mentoring and coaching.

Advanced Insight benchmarking: can also be arranged for any organisation, this includes the Transforming Insight survey provided free to all members, plus surveys for individual team members and / or key stakeholders
