Amanda Wigginton joined the IMA as an associate in October 2024. An experienced Customer Strategy, Data and Insight specialist, Amanda empowers businesses to transform their customer knowledge into tangible and actionable growth strategies. 

Before starting her own business, Amanda held the position of Group Customer Strategy Director at TI Media. In this role, she led the creation of a cross-functional customer strategy team, bringing together experts in data, analytics, insight, and research. This team was instrumental in centralising all customer data into a single platform. By providing senior leadership with a unified view of customer behaviour, Amanda enabled them to develop more effective growth and revenue strategies.

Amanda specialises in uncovering the most valuable customer insights and collaborating with teams to develop practical plans that drive significant business impact. She can help support IMA members with a wide range of initiatives, from audience growth, data transformation, product and content development, marketing, communication, and advertising.
