AI's implications for Insight management

 

The conversation around adoption of generative AI is hard to avoid these days.

But what are the threats and opportunities for Insight teams, and how will it affect our strategic thinking about each aspect of Insight management? This was the topic discussed by 67 Insight leaders at the September Insight forum. We had representatives from UK and US organisations as diverse as Carnival, Google, eBay, Haleon, Pearson, Sport Wales and Tesco, plus two of our most recent joiners, General Mills and KFC.
