We really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders to discuss ‘An Insight leader’s career journey’.
In this session, James Wycherley reflected on the topic of Insight leadership and the range of career journeys many leaders will follow to be successful. He suggested how recent developments in the wider world may impact aspiring and growing Insight leaders in their future careers, and addressed 3 key questions:
- How can today’s Insight leaders thrive and survive?
- How can we identify and prepare for future roles?
- Where will tomorrow’s leaders come from?
There were some great discussions, and all leaders had the opportunity to share their own learnings and experiences.
