We really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders to discuss the topic of ‘Leading our Insight teams in 2026’
In this session, James Wycherley encouraged Insight leaders to think about the essential areas of focus for their leadership roles in 2026 and outlined suggested frameworks and tools with which the IMA could support, including the Insight leader's playbook.
There were some great discussions, and all leaders had the opportunity to share their own learnings and experiences.
