The IMA has launched a new range of bite-sized team development modules.
Our Transforming Insight programme now contains 9 new options to choose from, called Insight team essentials. They are all 1-2 hours long and all available online.
Like our 4-hour Insight team workshops, the essentials modules will be facilitated by the IMA's team of professional advisers.
But unlike the 4-hour workshops, the new range are team discussions, not training, designed to share ideas that have been discussed at recent Insight forums and now available for individual team meetings.
Tier 1 members can use their credits in the same way as they book workshops, mentoring and advanced benchmarking.
Tier 2 members, Tier 3 members and non-members can book on a pay-as-you-go basis, with all members entitled to their normal 33% discount.
We can also arrange follow up sessions if you or your colleagues would like more time to discuss the application of the ideas.
