Why does our team exist?
In this video from the January 2024 Insight forums, James Wycherley discusses the first P of the Insight playbook - Purpose - and he talks about the importance of Insight leaders documenting and developing ideas around (a) why the team exists and (b) what our vision and mission will be. He also introduces a new change model to help structure our thinking: the ADDER framework.
