Lara Meyer joined the IMA as an Associate in June 2024.
An experienced Insight leader who has worked for Microsoft, Hive, Kantar and Hall & Partners, Lara has become an expert in stress and burnout.
Lara was interviewed by Emma for the July Insight forums. She can provide coaching and mentoring to support IMA members, and has a wealth of experience to help any leader who is keen to help their colleagues to identify and manage stress.
