Senior Insight Manager
Emma joined us in April 2019, following a career in corporate Insight roles at E.ON, Barclaycard, BNP Paribas, Barclays and the major retail group Halfords.
She has over 18 years' experience working in a range of senior market research, analysis, customer experience, and Insight management (knowledge & communication) roles.
At the IMA, Emma leads all of our best practice research and insight and also runs the Transforming Insight capability benchmarking programme. She provides advice to a range of IMA members including Matalan, Saga, Oxfam, British Gas and National Public Radio (NPR).
In addition to a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies, she also holds a CIM post-graduate diploma in Marketing.
In her spare time she likes to run, attend zumba classes and spend time with her 2 young boys.
