Head of Insight & Content
Emma joined us in April 2019, following a career in corporate Insight roles at E.ON, Barclaycard, BNP Paribas, Barclays and the major retail group Halfords.
She has over 20 years experience developing and deploying best practice insight and content, and also runs the Transforming Insight capability benchmarking programme. She provides advice to a range of IMA members including Card Factory, Saga, Oxfam, Pets at Home and NPR.
In addition to a BA (Hons) Business Studies, she also holds a CIM post-graduate diploma in Marketing.
In her spare time she likes to run, attend zumba classes and spend time with her 2 young boys.
