We've really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders online to discuss the 8th P of the Insight teader's playbook: Performance.
Putting measures in place to track our success as individuals, organisations or Insight teams, is both an important part of looking back when we get close to the end of a year, but also looking forward before we start the next one.
It can be helpful to consider our Insight team's success both by the outputs we can measure that year, but also by the inputs which build the critical assets we need to deliver better outputs in future years.
