Many thanks to all IMA members and guests who took part in our January 2025 Insight forum

We really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders online. 

The session "Successfully branding our Insight teams" was led by Debra Walmsley, former Insight leader at Virgin Atlantic, Halfords, Saga, British Gas and British Airways, and she posed the following questions for reflection and discussion:

 - What makes a brand?

 - Where is your Insight team's brand now?

 - Where would you like it to be by the end of 2025?
