TIP321 Navigating difficult conversations
1-hour or 2-hour online team discussion
When?
Available on request, subject to availability
Why?
Difficult conversations are a big part of life, both inside and outside of work, but facing them can feel uncomfortable for many people. Influencing is key to becoming successful in our Insight roles, so it's important that we know how to handle the tricky conversations as well as the easy ones.
What?
In this online disussion:
- we explore what makes some conversations feel so difficult
- we share some key learnings from hostage negotiators
- we provide 5 handy tips for navigating conversations effectively
The session will also provide the opportunity to role play and practice having difficult conversations in a safe environment
