We really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders to discuss: Increasing our personal impact.
In these sessions we discussed what personal impact means for Insight leaders and team members and why it is important. We also provided tips on two aspects of developing our personal impact:
1. How we get ourselves invited into the room: developing our personal brand to manage other people’s perceptions of us
2. How we demonstrate the confidence, assertiveness and credibility to be invited back: the personal presence we create in the room
There were some great discussions, and all leaders had the opportunity to share their own learnings and experiences.
