Jane joined the IMA in 2012, after previously working as Head of Customer & Stakeholder Insight at London Underground for 10 years, and as an Associate Director in the consumer division at BMRB International.
At the IMA, Jane leads on Insight strategy, commercial thinking and behavioural economics. She is our CX expert and one of our most experienced mentors. She also provides advice to a range of IMA members including eBay, Tesco, Transport for Greater Manchester and HMRC.
Jane mentors and runs a CX training workshop for the Market Research Society, and she has gained formal training as a coach at London Underground. Her experience at BMRB means she is very familiar with the nuts and bolts of the market research world.
