Lisa joined us in 2018, having spent her career up to then in senior Insight, data analysis and customer experience roles at Barclays, BNP Paribas and the RAC.
At the IMA, Lisa specialises in storytelling and influence skills, two topics that she feels extremely passionate about. She provides advice to a range of IMA members including HSBC, ASOS, Deliveroo, Audible, Which? and Sport England.
In addition to a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology, Lisa also has a CIM post-graduate diploma in Marketing. She is currently studying for an MA in Coaching from the University of Warwick, at the end of which she’ll be an accredited Executive Coach.
In her spare time she enjoys strength training, reading (anything and everything from a good romance novel to the latest thought piece on politics, mental wellbeing or child development), and most of all laughing with the people she likes and loves!
