We really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders online!
The session "Making the case for investing in Insight" was led by Jane Woolley, our IMA specialist in Insight strategy and commerciality. Jane talked about the different needs that might prompt leaders to think about investing more in Insight, and suggested 5 key ways for making a case for more headcount or budget. She also asked leaders to think about what might persuade their own organisations to invest more in Insight.
