We really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders in London, Manchester and online, to discuss the topic of "Uncomfortable influencing".
We know that Influence is essential to drive change, but it can still feel uncomfortable for many Insight professionals. It’s not a natural talent for many of us, and it can signify conflict which most of us hate... plus no one teaches us how to do it!
So during our discussions at the March forums we focused on how to embrace uncomfortable influencing, how to become skilled at reaching and influencing senior audiences, and how to deal with a range of difficult conversations more effectively.
