Why?
All Insight teams work with stakeholders to decide which issues they should investigate in the first place, and then share findings, options, opinions and recommendations. But few stop and consider who they interact, how effectively, and whether they are the right people to talk to.
What?
In this online discussion:
- we summarise the importance of understanding decision-makers
- we help you to create a stakeholder map for your Insight team
- we ask questions about who is on the map, who isn't, the position they occupy, and what you could do to improve relationships with them
The team sessions will make reference to the Insight leader's playbook and the wider benefits of stakeholder mapping
Follow-up sessions
After the masterclass, the IMA can provide further 1-hour support sessions for Insight leaders who would like guidance as they implement new ways of working in their Insight teams.

They are designed for a group of up to 15 corporate Insight professionals who work in the same organisation
How much?
Initial discussion:
IMA members can book a 2-hour session for 100 credits* (or £1,383 +VAT)
Non-members can book for £2,075 +VAT
Follow up sessions
IMA members can book for 25 credits* per hour (or £346 +VAT)
Non-members can book for £519 +VAT per hour
Any preparation required would also be charged by the hour.
