We really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders to discuss ‘The evolution of Insight communications’.
In this session, Emma Jones reflected on how communications in the wider world have evolved over the years, using examples from companies such as Spotify, Netflix, YouTube and the BBC. She then suggested how we might use these learnings to develop a fresh perspective on our own team’s Insight communications; finding effective ways to get our messages heard, generate greater impact and drive change in our organisations.
There were some great discussions, and all leaders had the opportunity to share their own learnings and experiences of Insight communications.
