We really enjoyed meeting so many Insight leaders to discuss the topic: ‘Developing our Insight team capabilities’
In this session, Emma Jones discussed the current Insight capability landscape with reference to themes from the IMA’s benchmarking data and encouraged leaders to think about their own team's priorities for developing capabilities, mindset and behaviours for the future.
There were some great discussions, and all leaders had the opportunity to share their own learnings and experiences.
