As the business world continues to evolve at pace, organisations still recognise the value in Insight. But with the rapid growth of AI, the extent to which some traditional Insight skills and capabilities are needed may start to lessen, with others becoming more important. So, how can we ensure our team members focus on the right capabilities and don't get left behind?
In this forum Emma Jones will discuss the current Insight capability landscape with reference to themes from the IMA’s benchmarking data, and encourage leaders to think about their own team's priorities for developing core capabilities, mindset and behaviours for the future.
As usual, there will also be a chance for participants to discuss their own thoughts and ideas on this topic with other Insight leaders in breakout groups.
