Nicola joined the IMA in November 2025 following nearly 20 years of roles in clientside teams including Head of Insight at Close Brothers.

Her favourite saying is “insight has most value when it’s used” which shows how passionate she is about guiding businesses to make sound strategic decisions grounded in robust insights. She has won industry awards for the return on investment of insight, and public speaking.

Nicola supports a range of IMA members including Sainsbury’s, Sage, Greene King, McDonalds and British Gas.

In her spare time she can be found doing body combat classes or building Lego.
