We finish our round of 2025 forums with an in-depth discussion about the ever-changing role of Insight professionals, and the growing importance of Insight activation.
We kick off the sessions by introducing a new Insight management framework which shows various roles, from operating simply as traditional market researchers or analysts, to becoming Insight activists for our organisations. We suggest a range of approaches that Insight leaders can take to help team members effectively form opinions, whilst recognising the barriers that many Insight professionals face. And we discuss the role of opinion formers, or Insight activists, providing practical tips on how to become more effective in two essential skills: facilitation and activation.
As usual, there will also be a chance for participants to discuss their own thoughts and ideas on this topic with other Insight leaders in breakout groups.
