Why?
Progressive Insight leaders know that they need to 'work on their teams rather than in them' if they are to transform Insight's impact in their organisation. But in practice this is hard!
What?
In this online masterclass:
- we look at the various roles of the Insight leader
- the importance of developing an Insight playbook
- the 9 Ps structure that the IMA recommends
The masterclass will make reference to the Insight playbook template, available as an aid to all IMA members.
Follow-up sessions
After the masterclass, the IMA can provide further 1-hour support sessions for Insight leaders who would like guidance over and above the regular advice provided to members.

This masterclass is led by James Wycherley
It is designed for a single Insight leader or a small Insight leadership group (max 6) within the same organisation.
How much?
Masterclass
IMA members can book for 100 credits* (or £1,333 +VAT)
Non-members can book for £1,999 +VAT
Follow up sessions
IMA members can book for 30 credits per hour (or £399 +VAT)
Non-members can book for £599 +VAT per hour
Any preparation required would also be charged by the hour.
